St. Catharines Ontario - The Port Dalhousie piers on Lake Ontario are once again open to the public after a major rehabilitation project by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). DFO intends to divest the Port Dalhousie small craft harbour facility which includes the piers to the City of St. Catharines.
