SNC-Lavalin has been selected by Graham Capital Partners LP (Graham) as the facility manager for the $407-million Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford (SHNB).

The 30-year contract includes responsibilities for the building’s electro-mechanical systems, elevators, help desk, utilities management, emergency management, road maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, building automation systems, as well as the replacement and refurbishment of assets to name a few.

The community can be confident knowing we have a very experienced team to ensure long-term success and achieve the greater goal of a first class facility that provides quality health care.”

SHNB is the newest and most advanced mental health treatment centre in Canada. The facility has 284 beds, 96 of which are secure beds for male and female offenders living with mental health issues.
