In partnership with Colliers as a Presenting Sponsor, STOREYS announces Top 75 Real Estate Projects, a new annual report and program built to recognize the most meaningful real estate projects across Canada – from landmark new-builds and redevelopments through to masterplans reshaping entire neighbourhoods, encompassing iconic office buildings, niche industrial centres, master-planned communities, and mixed-use assets.

STOREYS, now in its tenth year, is taking a format with more than two decades of history to the private sector. Top 75 Real Estate Projects builds on the Top 100 Infrastructure Projects report from sister publication ReNew Canada, a mainstay of public sector infrastructure coverage. Now, for the first time, that national framework, editorial rigour, and Top Projects format are being applied to the country’s most significant real estate developments.

Powered by SiteMedia and its seven publications, the inaugural Top 75 Real Estate Projects report is set to become an annual fixture on the Canadian real estate and development calendar.

“From the commercial spaces people work in, to the homes they live in, this list covers the real estate that shapes how Canadians live, work, and invest,” said Andrew Hansen, CEO of Site. “It’s a recognition of the projects that raised the bar this year, from masterplans and redevelopments to the condos, rentals, and offices people use every day.”

Colliers joins as the Presenting Sponsor, bringing the scale and expertise of a Canadian commercial real estate leader – with presence coast to coast, from Victoria to Halifax – to ground Top 75 Real Estate Projects in the local data and insight that Colliers’ clients rely on every day, alongside access to its national network of developers, investors, and brokers.

“As a firm with deep Canadian roots, Colliers takes great pride in helping build vibrant structures and communities across the country that positively impact how individuals, companies and communities function and thrive. The Top 75 Real Estate Projects program and report celebrate the local developments and industry players that truly make the greatest difference – this is exactly the type of initiative we are proud to support,” said Lex Perry, Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Research at Colliers in Canada.

Submissions for Top 75 Real Estate Projects open on October 29th, 2026, kicking off a national search for the developments, teams, and ideas setting new standards in Canadian real estate this year.

The report will launch in September 2027, with launch celebrations slated for Vancouver and Toronto.
