About The Project

Route 389 connects the town of Baie-Comeau and the border of Newfoundland and Labrador over a distance of 570 kilometres. The program is divided into five separate projects carried out in parallel: Project A-from Fire Lake to Fermont; Project B-from Baie-Comeau to Manic-2; Project C-north of Manic-5, from kilometre 240 to kilometre 254; Project D-from Manic-2 to the north of Manic-3; and Project E-from north of Manic-3 to Manic-5.
