RFP issued for Windsor Fancsy Family Hospital project

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Contract 1 Diagnostic and Treatment Block, a key component of the future Fancsy Family Hospital. The contract will be delivered through IO’s Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) project delivery model.

As the future main public entrance to the hospital, the five-storey Diagnostic and Treatment Block will house most outpatient services and key public spaces. The facility will improve access to care for the region’s growing population and serve as a central component of the new acute care hospital.
