  • Economic outlook and breakfast (sponsored by Procore)
  • Nation-builders: Unlocking strategic infrastructure for Canada’s future (sponsored by BLG)
  • Ownership transition strategies: Succession, sale, and scaling for the future
  • CEO leadership panel: Perspectives on the future of construction

With Canada-U.S. relations entering a new chapter, this conference also provides a critical forum for Canadian construction leaders to exchange ideas, champion industry priorities, and explore economic trends.

The CCA is excited to welcome the Honourable Jean Charest, former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada and Premier of Québec, as its closing keynote speaker. With decades of experience in trade, diplomacy, and Canada-U.S. relations, Charest will deliver insights you won’t find anywhere else.

The conference is also an opportunity to highlight the CCA National Awards, sponsored by Northbridge Insurance, which celebrates the individuals, teams, and organizations setting new benchmarks in innovation, leadership, workforce development, safety, sustainability, and community impact across Canadian construction.
